Order Processing and Approval

All orders placed on HYDROJUG remain subject to our approval. We reserve the right to restrict, cancel, or reject any order due to supply limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Every order undergoes stock availability checks and price confirmation before fulfillment.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Once approved, order processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Shipping transit time varies but usually requires between 7-12 business days to deliver within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout based on your delivery details.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your package.
  2. Products returned must be unused and kept in their original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
  4. Contact HYDROJUG customer care by email at rixigelias@gmail.com to obtain authorization before returning any products.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter our automated fulfillment system and can no longer be canceled.
